Vulnerability. You have to show up with your whole heart. Asking questions, admitting mistakes, saying the words “I don’t know, - those are all really hard things to do, but they break down barriers and move work forward. Plus, work is so much more enjoyable when you bring your whole self to it.
Connection. No matter how much you might want to, you can’t do everything on your own - you need coaches, teammates, and cheerleaders to score the goal. Making time to connect with people in your circle and across teams/silos is one of the best ways to learn and grow.

I love helping people become the best version of themselves they can be - from the executive learning to be a stronger leader to the team member working through the impacts of a complicated change. My favorite moments are when people suddenly see something new in themselves - helping someone fan that spark of self-growth into the flame of self-evolution is one of the best parts of what I do.

Favorite book: Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom. I just love that story - it’s timeless and so full of wisdom.
TV Show: Ted Lasso, hands down. It’s got so many great things to say about life. “Be curious - not judgmental” is such great motto to live by.

Rainy day: curled up under a blanket on my sofa, reading a good book or watching movies with my family
Sunny day: you can’t beat the beach!

I’m busy at my other job - being a mom. Spending time with my son, going to his swim meets, driving him around to all his activities. It’s the best job in the world.
